“Two years ago we bought hearing aids for my mother-in-law with bluetooth capabilities from Ken. Mom loves her hearing aids and loves being able to hear the phone through the hearing aids. It has made phone conversation so much better as she does not struggle to hear what the other person is saying. About a week ago she started to hear "crackling" in her right hearing aid. We made an appointment to see Ken in Pompano the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and we are sending them to the company to be fixed. (she is currently wearing her backup hearing aids). I love his new office location. He has a larger room to meet with you as well as a separate room for evaluations. All is clean and pristine! We all wore our masks so no worries regarding COVID. ”
