“I have been wearing hearing aids since 1993 they have all been in the ear type. The last pair wore out about 7 or 8 years ago since I was retired I thought I could get along without them. The era of the mask and plastic shields I discovered I couldn't understand most of the clerks so I would usually smile and move on. Bryan was excellent in explaining my options and the option behind the ear are wonderful plus they are rechargeable. I am hearing things that I didn't know existed like my refrigerator making strange noises. My friends that have bought hearing aids from the big box stores complain they don't work that well mine are excellent and I can't thank Bryan enough for the excellent service. ”
