Greg and Kristi Swingle are audiologists and co-owners Arizona Hearing Specialists. In 2017, they married and took over the practice when the founding director, Dr. Janis Gasch, retired. Together, they continually provide the best hearing health care to all of Southern Arizona.

“Cannot say enough about Arizona Hearing Specialists. Kristy is amazing. Her knowledge and attention to detail is exactly what I needed. After having several less than desirable experiences with other hearing aid providers I was thrilled to learn about my hearing loss and the many options available. The utmost of care was taken using current health care guidelines. Greg was able to assist when I needed a recheck. And Jen.... thank you. Everyone of the audiologist and staff are gifted with both patience, kindness and skill. The education provided was top notch. “The wax catcher came out of my hearing aid and lodged inside my ear. I was seen by Janette Mongelli, who is amazing!! She removed not one but 2 wax catchers from my ear. ; also some wax. Janette said that I would need to get a new mold.. (the part that fits in my ear, I wear behind the ears aids) this is the second time this has happened to me, and my mold was out of warranty. Janette contacted the Oticon company and since they still had my impression I did not need a new one, however I needed to pay for the mold. Janette contacted the Oticon representative and the mold will be made complimentary; Arizona Hearing Specialists will refund my payment. Can you believe that? I have always received excellent care at Arizona Hearing Specialists, Janette Mongelli goes above and beyond in service. I hope that Janette stays with Arizona Hearing Specialists for many fruitful, healthy years, and has an amazing career. ”

Our experienced Doctors of Audiology have the education and experience to evaluate and treat hearing related issues. Through our four-step process, your concerns will be addressed and we will find a treatment plan that is right for you.
HEARING, HEALTH ASSESSMENT & FAMILY HISTORY
We will review your general medical history. By learning about any medical issues you’ve dealt with in the past, we can understand their potential impact that it might have on your hearing ability.
ASSESS YOUR LISTENING NEEDS
We will assess your listening lifestyle. This will help us determine whether you are generally in quiet or more varied listening environments. We will also discuss your specific communication needs and identify the situations where you would like to improve your hearing abilities.
EXAMINATION AND DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATION
Your audiologist will conduct an examination of your ears and perform a battery of audiometric tests to assess your hearing ability and identify the areas that may be impacting your speech comprehension.
RESULTS AND PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN
We will thoroughly review your hearing evaluation results and how they may be affecting your communication ability. Treatment solutions will be made based on your specific needs and lifestyle.
