“Looking back, I have had a steadily deteriorating hearing for a number of years but I did not feel the urgency to have my hearing professionally checked. After I retired, my work as a volunteer required me to speak to a large groups of people in an auditorium-size room. I felt frustrated because I was not able to hear the questions audiences sitting in the back rows asked. I went to Accent and could not have a more satisfying experience. Dr. Anzola worked patiently with me. She and her assistant guided me through some of the new technologies developed in hearing aids, scheduled periodic appointment to check on my progress, and made me feel I was being taken care of every step of the way. Now I feel I can interact with audiences proficiently, which in turn makes me feel more confident.”
