“I have used the Hearing Center of McKinney for several years now and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always make me feel welcome and I have never had any issues with my hearing aids that they couldn't fix.”

“She was nice and pleasant to deal with the first time but later in the process of adjusting the equipment since i have some problems with sounds in each side or vice versa and also battery issue that last only 2 days sometimes 1 day that really needs her attentions. Few weeks later after having the same issues, she refuse not to answer our calls even its directly connected to the office of Hearing Center of Mckinney. Very unprofessional for an audiology Doctor. Then we found out that she didn't claim it to our insurance w/c cover 90% but paying from our own pocket money for a damaged equipment. So, beware!!!!!!!”
