“I was very reluctant to get hearing aids despite my high-end hearing loss due to years of exposure to gunfire in law enforcement. The doctors at HS of Franklin were patient and understanding and they made the experience painless, worry-free and rewarding. I highly recommend them. ”
“Top notch operation in every aspect. I should have visited them much earlier than I did. The office handled a tough insurance billing situation with professionalism and class. They even laugh at my bad jokes. ”
“Hearing Services of Franklin has been an amazing team to work with. Being diagnosed with Ménière's disease and losing my hearing bilaterally was stressful. I felt supported and cared for in so many ways. My hearing aids have brought more smiles and thankfulness to me daily. I remember the first time my hearing aids got turned on and I could hear things that I didn't realize I never heard. I am so thankful for the relationships that have been made and the professional and yet family atmosphere I feel walking through their doors each appointment. Thank you.”
“Dr Tuberville (Rachel to my wife and I) is great to work with. Always goes that extra step to make sure everything is working as it should be. Highly recommend her and all of the staff.”
“She explained everything to me and she had me try on a set to see if I could hear the difference because I was replacing a some old ones that I've had for quite a while. She was just very friendly and willing to work with me.”
