“I went to Debbie at Dymon Hearing Center to get hearing aids after having a bad experience at another hearing aid provider many years ago. This was so different! Debbie helped me get exactly what I needed, nothing less and nothing more. She was kind and very professional. I saw her once for my appointment and picked up the hearing aids she order for me later that same week. She made sure they fit comfortably and helped me learn how to use them. Anyone who wants to hear better should go see Debbie! The hearing aids work great and she was wonderful!”
“Debbie At Dymon Hearing is the most unprofessional "health care" company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Upon my initial contact, I was told to make an appointment of which I did. On the day of the appointment I drove 65 miles to just give her my paperwork and was told within 4 to 6 weeks I would receive my hearing aids. Six weeks later I contacted Debbie only to find out she had my insurance information wrong. I was in credulous as I had to drive all that way to give my information only to have her get it wrong. She said she submitted my claim to my insurance company and I should be getting my hearing aids. Since then I have repeatedly tried to contact Debbie. When I finally got a hold of her after multiple phone calls with no call back, she suggested I contact my insurance company of which I did. When I spoke with my insurance company they said she never submitted a claim to begin with. There was nothing on file. My insurance company suggestEd that I contact Debbie for a date with which she submitted my claim. Once again I did not receive a call back. I contacted Debbie through a third-party and actually got her on the phone. She told me she gives up and I need to go through someone else. I am so disgusted, disappointed, and angry that a place such as this would be so unprofessional. I have a need for hearing aids as I have 70% hearing loss on both sides and yet someone such as this does not care and has no regard for the patients they deal with. I would recommend that you do not use this service.”
