Audiologist

Lindsay Bauman, Au.D., received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2010. In 2014, she earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Wayne State University. During this time, she assisted with research projects dealing with mothers’ knowledge of their child’s newborn hearing screening results. Dr. Bauman completed her externship training at Henry Ford Health System in the Division of Audiology in 2014. After graduation, she joined the Henry Ford Health System’s Division of Audiology as a senior staff Audiologist and marketing coordinator. Lindsay moved from the Detroit metro area to Petoskey in early 2018 when she began working for Great Lakes Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists.

ENT and audiology providers work to understand symptoms and concerns to present the best treatment options to their patients. The goal of Great Lakes ENT Specialists is to be the premier practice for ENT care in the greater Petoskey region. The Sinus & Allergy Center supports the development of cutting-edge techniques, including minimally-invasive balloon sinus surgery. The Audiology department is comprised of an experienced team of hearing professionals that diagnose and treat hearing conditions in adult and pediatric patients.

 

Hearing care services

The services offered at Great Lakes ENT include speech and swallowing disorders, allergy testing and treatment, minimally-invasive balloon sinus procedures, skin lesions of the head and neck, and other medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose and throat. Great Lakes Hearing Professionals offer diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid dispensing and servicing, custom hearing protection, tinnitus management and treatment of dizziness and vertigo.
