“Excellent explanation of the hearing test and the entire procedure from the staff. The only problem I felt was the mask. I realized that I was not aware of all the sounds I should have heard until I started breathing through my mouth rather than my nose. Having never had a hearing test before, I was surprised that the "test box" was so "unfinished and uncomfortable"! Of course I have nothing to compare it with! The explanation of my test was well done and I will consider how to proceed after this. ”
