“My appt today was excellent. Thank you.”
“I love my hearing aids. The Staff in Worcester are very Courteous and Professional. It's always a pleasure to visit there and get my free batteries.”
“My visit with Tracy was very successful. On Sunday the day before the appointment, the dome on my hearing aid detached and was embeded in my right ear. At home several attempts to dislodge it only made the problem worse. Tracy accomplished the removal with patience, gentleness and determination. Gratefully, Patricia”
“Tracy did an excellent job with testing and explaining everything and allowing ample time for me to ask questions. I'm very pleased.”
