“I have experienced consistently excellent service from the staff at this location. My recent interaction with Mallory was attentive, helpful and clear on my choices. She was very professional and caring. My only wish is the cost of hearing devices becomes more realistic. When hand held computers (i.e. phones) can be engineered and sold for under $1,200, the cost of hearing aids needs to be addressed. So many people need them but the cost is prohibitive. ”
