Eric Gilbert grew up in Manchester, CT, and currently resides in in Granby with his wife and 2 children.. He has been a licensed Hearing instrument Specialist since 2015. His passion for helping people began early, having graduated with a Master of Arts in International Humanitarian Aid and Outreach. This desire to improve lives led Eric to pursue a career in hearing healthcare, where he has been able to see countless lives changed through the power of hearing.
When he's not at work, Eric enjoys camping and time outdoors with his wife and kids. He is a musician, and a lover of all types of music and art. Not only is hearing important to the things he enjoys, but hearing loss has impacted several of his family members. This has inspired his very caring, patient-first approach to fitting and maintaining high quality hearing devices.

“Although I am happy with the service, I am not that pleased with the hearing aid. The left ear is fine but static in the right ear is constant. I lowered the values on the right ear and don't hear the static as loud. But the hearing ability in that ear is lessened. I told Krystyna about it. She seems to think I'm hearing something else or its tinnitus. Its not ringing its static. Like having your ear up to a conch or wind in the trees. When I take it out I no longer hear it. ”
