Dr. Paula Lamendola is originally from Chinchilla, Pennsylvania, but has been a resident of and practiced audiology on Long Island, NY over the past 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Science and master's degrees from Bloomsburg University, then earned a doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University in 2010. Having worked in a private-practice speech and hearing center; a busy ear, nose and throat (ENT) office within the Mount Sinai Doctors–Long Island system; as well as a bustling, multi-office hearing aid dispensing practice; Dr. Lamendola has acquired extensive experience in assessing and treating hearing problems. She is currently licensed to practice audiology in New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Dr. Lamendola is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Bethany Ward is a state licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser in Delaware. She resides with her family in Dover, DE. Bethany was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. She has been proudly serving the hearing-impaired community since 2020 and started her career in Palm Beach County Florida. She became nationally board-certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2022.
When not providing state-of-the-art hearing healthcare, her passions are music, art and spending time with her family..
