Megan Duffy grew up in Crewe, Virginia. Following her education at Longwood University, she has worked in several HearingLife offices throughout Virginia as a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. The experience she gained from working in these various settings has brought her extensive knowledge of the diagnostic processes used to assess and treat hearing problems. Her passion is working with people experiencing hearing issues and their families to help them achieve the gift of better hearing.

“The service is extremely poor. After leaving a poor review I was contacted by the company's main office and basically I was told they would look into my situation and get back to me . This was four weeks ago , they just keep passing me from one person to another saying the next person will call me back and they apologize but are short staffed. I understand being backed up but this is going on 3 months and the things I have had to put up with are beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend them to anyone. ”

“The staff were very friendly and courteous, making my visit very pleasant. The hearing test was conducted professionally and the technician explained everything thoroughly. This office was not yet participating with my insurance, but said they would be within the next few months. I am hoping to continue with this office for any future hearing needs.”
