Jon is a board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who has earned many awards within his field. He is a three-time Annual Patient Satisfaction Award winner, two-time Market Growth Award winner, as well as numerous other achievements. His passion is making a difference in the hearing healthcare of others, having experienced firsthand the frustration and isolation associated with hearing loss, as many of Jon’s family members have dealt with hearing loss.

“Mr. Jon Royals is a friendly, competent and thorough audiologist. He takes time to explain terms in every day language and provides a listening ear to any concerns I may have. Gwendolyn, his receptionist, is also professional and a caring individual. A visit is enjoyable as well as worthwhile.”
“Very personable and professional! Listened to my concerns and issues. Did a through exam and reviewed the results with me in detail and explained my options. He even reminded me of some childhood advice my mother used to give me (Don’t put anything smaller than your elbow in your ear). I didn’t even know he knew my mother (LOL).
