“Dr. Swartz is such a pleasant person, very professional. She was so much help getting me a hearing aid that was right for me. I love my hearing aids and wish I got it sooner. ”
“Pam Swartz has been my audiologist for several years and I could not wish for better service. I have always been given exemplary care. Appointments are quick to get and wait time is virtually nil. Pam is professional and caring. ”
“The Dr. was fine, but I've had nothing but headaches trying to resolve billing issues. I paid at the time of service, but have been harassed for four months for that same co-pay. I've called the office and their billing company at least six times and sent in the documentation of the transaction clearing my account twice. Each time they acknowledge the error and swear that they will fix it, yet I'm still getting threatening letters. Based on my experience and many yelp reviews, I think the trouble is the front desk. So why would I ever think they could manage my treatment if they can't manage their staff and records?”
“For those of us who have hearing issues, hearing aids are wonderful. Even more so, a good audiologist is important. Pam Swartz is just that person - caring, compassionate and great with her patients. ”
