“Had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Went to the office, was waited on promptly and courteously. An assistant took the details of my problem, had me wait in my truck. Minutes later she came out with my repaired hearing aid which had been checked by Dr. Hoven. She explained the repair and asked me to come back promptly if that didn’t solve my problem. It did. Dr. Hoven and staff are wonderful. So satisfied!!”
