“I'm so thankful my friend recommended Dr. Deborah Woodward and Dr. Jessica Allen as my audiologists. Lora's warm welcome and the caring professionalism of all the staff make a person aware that this is the perfect place. After a very thorough testing and review with Dr. Woodward I was fit with my Oticon device and it is great! Dr. Allen installed an app on my phone which allows me to change and fine tune programs, adjust volume etc. I know my hearing had deteriorated but had no idea how much I was missing in my life. I couldn't be happier. They deserve far more than 5 stars!! ”
“Have been coming here since it was Emory. Caring staff and excellent service. I always get a thorough exam and have my questions answered. The Doctors really care.”
“I only needed to have excessive ear wax removed. She was very efficient, professional, and caring. I hear much better!”
“I have been a patient of Dr. Woodward’s for 15 years and have been returning because of her knowledge, commitment, and service. My yearly exam was overdue, as I was reminded! Had a very pleasant experience with another doctor, whose name escapes me right now. Same good knowledge and service that can always be expected. Recommend to all my friends who need to look into hearing aids!”
“It took me a long time to admit I might need hearing help. Dr. Jessica Allen gave me a comprehensive test which developed a graph of my hearing loss. She downloaded that data to my Oticon rechargeable aides and I immediately began hearing sounds I never knew I was missing. No background noise, normal hearing volume, comfortable and almost invisible in my ears. I am amazed at the difference these hearing aides provide. Thank you Jessica ”
