“Dr Allen was very helpful with everything ”
“My mom who is 92 years old has been seeing Dr. Woodward and Dr. Allan at the NGA. I can tell you if you have a hearing problem and want quality care, if you want the office staff and doctors to really care about you - please go to North Georgia Audiology! They are kind, patient, extremely professional. My mom has had multiple mini-strokes-TIA's and it effects her hearing. Dr. Woodward and Dr. Allan are always available for her in time of need. I cannot Thank them enough for all that they do.”
“I have been under the care of Dr. Jessica Allen for two years. She has provided excellent service and has answered ever question I have ever had. I hear better now than I did when I was 50 years old and I am now 85. She is very patient and will not stop working until she solves any problem that I ever have. She is extremely qualified in her field and is very pleasant to work with. I recommend Dr. Allen to anyone who may need an Excellent Audiologist. ”
“Dr. Jessica Allen conducted my hearing test in a sound proof booth. She was very patient and thorough. I like the fact that she explained the test results and used graphs and a diagram of the ear to show me why and where I was having hearing problems. With my new hearing aids, I am so delighted to be hearing much better, especially sounds I did not know I was missing. As with anything new, I have returned once within the first week for a minor adjustment. Lora quickly found an appointment time for me. I appreciate the professional and personable service I have received thus far. ”
“I've been here a few times now for various reasons. Most recently to be fitted for new hearing aids. All my experiences here have been excellent, and since I've been wearing hearing aids for 42 years now I have more than enough experience with different audiologist over the years. NGA is definitely my favorite, and I don't even mind the fact that there are at least a dozen "hearing aid" locations closer to home. The staff at NGA from beginning to end has consistently been top notch!”
