“I have been going to Dr. Woodward for quite a few years. I have a unique bad set of ears. She understands and does everything she can to help me. If something doesn't work for me, she listens to me and helps me. She even molded me a set of hearing aids one time because I couldn't wear anything else. She's so sweet and understanding! Hayden (I hope I spelled her name right) was extremely helpful also with the technical stuff and did another test that showed another problem. They have a great team at Johns Creek. Kim was amazing as she was explaining stuff that I didn't understand (I am not technical at all!). I even still have questions that I need help with, so I have an appointment with Kim to help me. And Laura at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Great staff and kind people!”
“Buyer Beware of business practices. This is my first business review ever and I must say my experience here was very poor; first hearing specialist was a sweet lady, but I was deceived to make purchasing decisions I wouldn’t have otherwise. Big follow up bill after I was told my insurance covered the costs of aids. Very disappointed and would not recommend to my family and friends. ”
Received 10/22/2019Official Response from North Georgia Audiology at Johns Creek / Suwanee:“It is always frustrating when a patient's insurance company provides us incorrect benefit information when we pre-verify on the PATIENT's behalf so that we may offer the most choices available under the PATIENT'S benefit. When a claim is processed, and we are not paid as expected, we fight on the PATIENT's behalf. When this process is unsuccessful, the patient is given the option to return for a full refund on the devices, choose a lower cost device that falls within the ACTUAL benefit, or keep what they have and pay us the balance on the account. (this exact information is provided on the hearing device agreement signed by both parties on the day of original fitting) You were notified of the claim results and offered the choices as listed above. Our notifications were ignored for almost 5 months. This is an unfair characterization of our practice. If we get paid / reimbursed for the devices we fit on our patients at amounts BELOW what they actually cost the practice, we will no longer exist to help anyone. It is because of situations like these that almost all hearing care practices will no longer take or file for patients' insurance at all. ”
“The entire team at this location is great. Everyone is extremely professional and nice. The care is excellent.”
“Going to this office is like visiting some of your best friends. Friendly, cheerful, they always remember who you are and welcomes you back to the office. I would not go to any other office.”
“I am extremely satisfied with the exam and advice I received from the audiologist, Dr Allen. The entire staff is caring and efficient. I highly recommend the No Georgia Audiology group. ”
