“For the past two years Craig has been testing my hearing and explaining my hearing loss in words that I can understand. He honestly answers all my questions, and exhibits real professionalism. Lisa is equally as helpful with the financial side, and is very approachable. We're getting older and it's just a matter of time. We're so happy we've figured out where to go when the time comes.”
“very good service”
“We first went to IA, Lander to ask if Ted's hearing aid could be repaired via this office even though it was not their brand. Craig took care of getting the job done in a friendly, professional manner. When it was apparent that the 8 yr old aids had aged out, Craig guided Ted into the aids he felt were best suited for Ted. Craig has dilegently and patiently helped Ted get his new aids to fit and perform properly. Lisa has cheerfully set up our appts, relayed messages and given us hearing aid tips. Craig and Lisa are not only great to work with, they are a pleasure to be with. ”
“Lisa was very helpful and informative. She let me know of the services that could be provided and made me feel at ease during my visit. Craig was very patient and made sure I understood the next stage of testing. Both were professional and pleasant! ”
