Gail Amornpongchai

AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Dr. Amornpongchai is the clinical director of audiology for the Stockton Hearing and Balance Center. She received her Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Vanderbilt University. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She enjoys working with both adult and pediatric patients and is highly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of diagnostic evaluation and hearing aid technology. She also specializes in the evaluation of patients with dizziness and balance disorders. Dr. Amornpongchai speaks both English and Thai.

Stephanie Raval

AuD, FAAA, CCC-A

Dr. Stephanie Raval is an audiologist at the University of the Pacific Hearing & Balance Center. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree at University of California at San Diego and San Diego State University. She received additional clinical training at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and Children’s Choice for Hearing and Talking (CCHAT) center. Dr. Raval is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Jan de la Cruz

AuD, FAAA

Dr. De la Cruz is an audiologist at University of the Pacific Hearing & Balance Center. Jan was a student in the inaugural class at University of the Pacific’s Au.D. program in San Francisco. He received his bachelor’s degree in music from the Conservatory of Music at University of the Pacific and has appeared in several opera productions with Pacific Opera Theater and Stockton Opera.

Lily Lye

Lily Lye is the hearing specialist at the University of the Pacific Hearing and Balance Center. She assists with the testing, fitting and programming of the hearing aids in order to ensure patients receive the best devices for their type and degree of hearing loss.
