Shelly Koontz is a licensed Hearing Aid Consultant. She was born and raised in Pratt, KS. Shelly began working in the hearing healthcare industry in 2008 as a Patient Care Coordinator and experienced how hearing devices can improve the quality of someone’s life. She then proceeded to personally help people hear better by becoming a Hearing Aid Consultant with HearingLife in 2019. Shelly is very passionate about helping people stay connected to family and friends. She has been able to help many people achieve this goal and looks forward to helping many more!
