Hello. I am Stephanie Long, Doctor of Audiology. I’ve helped people with hearing and hearing loss issues for over 17 years. Over that time, I’ve refined the ways my expertise can best serve my clients. While my practice includes diagnostics and advanced digital hearing aid technology, it’s also important that I listen to you. Knowing you and your listening needs will make the information I give you more relevant. My private practice allows me to take the time for each patient to optimally meet their individual needs. I look forward to meeting you!
I am Nancy D’Agostino. I recently joined About Better Care Audiology as Office Manager. I have my B.A. in Sociology from Northern Illinois University. I worked in National Accounts Sales & Service for a large telecommunications company for 10 years, until I switched careers to become a full time stay at home mom. I have 2 teenagers - Joey and Gina. We relocated to the Fox Cities from Naperville, IL in 2005. Shortly after moving here, my son introduced me to his friend’s mom, Stephanie, and our families have been friends ever since. Not long ago, Stephanie was telling me how she wants to be able to serve more people in the community; how she’d like to do some more public speaking; and how she would like to grow her audiology practice to include not only listening devices but also custom products for musicians, hunters, motorcycle enthusiasts, etc. The reality; however is that there are not enough hours in the day to see patients and do all that’s necessary to accomplish those goals. Having just made the decision to begin looking for a job in customer service, we decided that I need not look any further and my job search was over. In addition to booking appointments and keeping our schedules and files in order, I am working with several hearing aid manufacturers to learn about the newest technology. I will be scheduling open houses and informational seminars that I hope you will attend and I hope you’ll bring your friends as well. I am looking forward to getting to know you.
