Neil Aiello


Dr. Neil W. Aiello, Au.D., is the Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer of Columbia Basin Hearing Centers.  He earned his master’s degree in audiology in 1992 and immediately joined his father, Dr. Frank A. Aiello, Ph.D. at Columbia Basin Hearing Center. After being an audiologist for 12 years, Neil earned his clinical doctorate from Salus University. 

Neil's specialties include diagnostic audiology, hearing technology, vestibular evaluations and management, as well as rehabilitative audiology with an emphasis in geriatrics. 
Neil oversees the operations of Columbia Basin Hearing Centers and ensures exceptional quality of service.  Outside of helping people hear better, Neil loves spending time with his wife Shannon and their four children. He enjoys photography and golfing with his family. 
Neil is a Tri-City native and is proud to serve his community with the finest hearing services.

Shannon Aiello


When Dr. Shannon Aiello joined Columbia Basin Hearing Center, she and Neil became a wife-husband audiology team. Shannon earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University. Her specialities are diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology with an emphasis in geriatrics and vestibular testing. She particularly enjoys working with new advances in state of the art hearing technology and rehabilitation.

Shannon loves spending time with her husband Neil, their four children and their pets. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, cooking, being outdoors, and Zumba. She is happy to be raising her family in this wonderful community.

Kevin Liebe


Dr. Kevin Liebe is a Tri-City area native who returned to practice audiology at Columbia Basin Hearing Center in 2009 after working at a private practice in Seattle for two years. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University and his Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University.

Kevin specializes in rehabilitative audiology, hearing technology and industrial audiology. He particularly enjoys fitting hearing aids and auditory rehabilitation. Dr. Liebe lives in Kennewick with his wife and two children and enjoys the outdoors, fishing for salmon and steelhead and cheering on the WSU football and basketball teams.
