Dr. Tom Norwood earned his doctorate degree from the University of Florida, and his masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Washington. He is a board and clinically certified audiologist from the American Board of Audiology (ABA) and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Norwood is the founder of Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic and a founding member of the Washington Audiology Alliance (WSA). He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (Fellow), Academy of Dispensing Audiologists (Fellow), Prof. Associate American Tinnitus Association, WSA and ASHA. Dr. Norwood has been honored with the distinguished professional award by WSA in 2000, and AHP by Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He was a regional facilitator for the University of Florida Doctor of Audiology Program for many years. In his free time, Dr. Norwood enjoys traveling, skiing, jogging, flying, music and spending time with his family.
Dr. Lokanis earned her Doctoral Degree from the University of Florida, her Masters Degree from Western Washington University, and Bachelors Degree from the University of Washington. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing-Association (ASHA) and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Dr. Lokanis is a licensed Audiologist in the State of Washington and is a member of ASHA, and WSA (Washington Society of Audiology - Former Treasurer). In her free time Dr. Lokanis enjoys playing soccer, hiking, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband and twin girls
Dr. Terry Limb earned his doctorate degree from the University of Florida, and his masters and bachelors degrees from the University of Washington. He is a board and clinically certified audiologist from the American Board of Audiology (ABA) and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Limb is a partner of Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic and a founding member of the Washington Audiology Alliance (WSA). He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (Fellow), Academy of Dispensing Audiologists (Fellow), WSA (past-president) and ASHA. Dr. Limb has been honored with the James Carroll Clinical Excellence Award, and AHP by Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He was a regional facilitator for the University of Florida Doctor of Audiology Program for many years. In his free time, Dr. Limb enjoys kayaking, doing karate, traveling and spending time with his family including his dogs.
Dr. Lindsey Melvin earned her doctorate degree from the University of Washington. She is a certified audiologist through the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed through the State of Washington. In her free time she enjoys sketching, painting, playing music, hiking, camping, kayaking, reading and spending time with her family, friends and pets.

Audiology services include: comprehensive hearing evaluations for both pediatric and adult populations, balance assessments, hearing aid fitting, auditory rehabilitation and tinnitus management. Speech services include: accent modification, articulation, autism therapy, (c)apd, childhood apraxia of speech, early language, language, literacy, phonological processing, stuttering, and voice.
