Dr. Neil W. Aiello, Au.D., is the Executive Directorand Chief Operations Officer of Columbia Basin Hearing Centers. He earned his master’s degree in audiology in 1992 and immediately joined his father, Dr. Frank A. Aiello, Ph.D. at Columbia Basin Hearing Center. After being an audiologist for 12 years, Neil earned his clinical doctorate from Salus University.
Dr. Shannon Aiello joined Columbia Basin Hearing Center in 2007. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University. Her specialities are diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology with an emphasis in geriatrics and vestibular testing. She particularly enjoys working with new advances in state of the art hearing technology and rehabilitation.
Shannon loves spending time with her husband Neil, their the four children and their pets. Outside of work, she spends time playing golf, cooking, being outdoors, and Zumba. She loves raising her family in this wonderful community and is proud to serve her friends and neighbors.
Dr. Kevin Liebe has served Columbia Basin Hearing Center since 2009. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University and his Doctorate of Audiology from Western Michigan University.
Kevin's specialities include rehabilitative audiology, hearing technology and industrial audiology. He particularly enjoys fitting hearing devices and rehabilitation. A native of the Tri-Cities area, Dr. Liebe lives in Kennewick with his wife and their two children. He enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing for salmon and steelhead.

In 1978 by Dr. Francis A. Aiello, Ph.D. founded CBHC and was later joined by his son, Dr. Neil W. Aiello, Au.D. Together, the Aiellos grew CBHC has grown from a small hearing clinic to the largest hearing center in Eastern Washington.
