Brenna Carroll

Audiologist Dr. Brenna Carroll earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Washington and is Board Certified in Audiology. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a Board Member of the Washington State Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Carroll enjoys working with people of all ages, infant through geriatric populations. Her clinical interests include diagnostic audiology utilizing both behavioral and electrophysiological testing measurements and rehabilitative audiology through the fitting of hearing aids. Dr. Carroll’s philosophy includes a dedication to excellence and a strong belief in patient focused care and she is dedicated to providing a comprehensive explanation of test results and a detailed explanation of the impact of the results on communication. Her philosophy is that all visits should conclude with gained understanding about hearing loss, the implications of the individual’s hearing loss on daily activities and strategies to maximize communication in the individual’s unique environments.
Outside of the office, her interests include distance running, travel, and spending time with friends and family.


Chantel Hazelwood

Audiologist Dr. Chantel Hazelwood earned her bachelor's degree and Doctor of Audiology at Indiana University and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Dr. Hazelwood is committed to providing patient centered care. Her primary clinical interests include diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology for pediatric through adult populations. She strives to collaborate with each patient to examine their hearing loss and to help each individual understand how hearing loss may impact their ability to communicate. She also provides individualized amplification recommendations and rehabilitative care for patients interested in improving their communication.
When she isn't work, she enjoys lifestyle photography, sailing, traveling and spending time with family.
