Dr. Scoones was granted his Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences in July 2001. He is a previous board member of the Washington State Board of Hearing and Speech which he appointed by Washington State Governor and served for a total of seven years. Dr. Scoones is a retired Navy Captain with thirty-five years of military service.
