William Sparrow

William completed his bachelors of science degree in communicative disorders and continued on to earn his Doctorate of Audiology from Utah State University. William has worked in an independent private ENT clinic as well as in major hospitals. William became interested in audiology because he has a sister who was born with a severe hearing impairment. This helps him to relate and empathize with people who are also experiencing hearing loss.

Dr. Sparrow specializes in hearing and balance disorders, including diagnoses and treatment of hearing loss. He has extensive training in vestibular testing, as well as Central Auditory Processing disorder, and tinnitus. Dr. Sparrow will be seeing patients in both American Fork and Spanish Fork

“My experience at Timpanogos Hearing and Balance was both refreshing and rewarding from reception to exit. Dr Garrett took the time to explain my hearing test results. He explained them so that I could understand. He assisted me in my decision process as to what type of hearing aids would work best for my situation. This being my first pair of hearing aids I was treated with patience and respect. No question was treated as insignificant or left unanswered. I left with a pair of hearing aids suited and programmed for my hearing loss. I heard my turn signal for the first time in many years. My grandkids always told me it made a noise. My second visit for a tune up was equally refreshing. A Five Star Experience”

“I have had excellent service from both Dr. Garrett and Sparrow during the last 5 years. They have helped with new technology as it has become available, and also helped me avoid wasting my money on cheap substitutes for the hearing aids I really needed. I feel I am even experiencing some restoration of brain function with the latest aids. I have many times recommended them to friends and associates, without reservation.”

“We have gone Timp Audiology since my daughter was 4yrs old. My daughter is 14yrs now. She is an extensive dancer. She dances over 25 hours a week. She has to be able to hear the music. They have been the best to answer all my questions and to help me make the best decision for my daughter and her hearing! Thank you for caring so much about my daughter!!”

“Dr Garrett and Dr. Sparrow are the best hearing professionals to provide hearing care for me ever. They are knowledgeable and up to date on the most recent hearing technologies. They listened to me and then researched to identify the best hearing instruments for my needs. Now I am able to not only hear better, but also talk on my phone with blue-tooth connection through my hearing aids. As I retire and move away, I will miss them and their staff greatly.”
