Dr. Marlene Hennessey has been helping people hear better for nearly three decades. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University, her Masters of Science in Communication Disorders at the University of Texas at Dallas and her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing from Texas Tech University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Her broad range of experience includes newborn screenings, dizziness / balance testing, pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations, fitting and dispensing hearing aids and aural rehabilitation. She especially enjoys the fitting and dispensing of hearing aids because helping others improve their quality of life through better hearing is so rewarding.
Outside of the office, Marlene enjoys gardening, reading and antique shopping as well as camping and boating activities with her family.
Dr. Danielle Tate is a Victoria native who earned her B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University, her MS in Audiology from Gallaudet University and her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University.
Dr. Tate’s specialties include diagnostic audiology where she aids physicians and other professionals find answers to their patients’ health concerns and the rehabilitative aspect of hearing aids and cochlear implants, improving patients’ quality of life.
Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and spends her free time reading, enjoys adventures and church activities.
Dr. Jody Pogue is a licensed and board certified Doctor of Audiology. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of North Texas (UNT). In addition to being a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, Jody is also a member of the Tinnitus Practitioners Association.
Dr. Pogue enjoys working with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations. She regularly performs audiologic examinations, vestibular evaluations for patients with dizziness or vertigo, fits and dispenses hearing aids, provides aural rehabilitation, and specializes in the management of tinnitus. Jody lives in Victoria with her husband and cat and enjoys church activities and visiting her grandson.
