ENT Associates of East Texas has been in business for over 25 years. We currently have four physicians: Steuart Heaton, M.D., Howard Garb, M.D., Troy Callender, M.D., and Michael Lewis, M.D. We also have a nurse practioner, Angela Buttram, FNP-C. We have a large audiology department consisting of five audiologists and a hearing instrument specialist. We strive to provide a high quality of service and customer satisfaction for all patients who choose to purchase hearing aids from our office.
We provide a wide variety of services including hearing evaluations and hearing aids for both adult and pediatric populations,and balance disorder assessment and treatment. We also offer Baha surgical and programming services, as well as cochlear implant mapping services for Cochlear Corportation Cochlear Implants. Included with the purchase of hearing aids, our clinic offers a 60-day trial period with 100% refund of the purchase price if not completely satisfied. We also feature a Quality of Service Guarantee that includes: free batteries for the life of the hearing aids, free follow-up visits for the life of the hearing aids, a yearly hearing screening and a yearly test with the hearing aid on to determine benefit.

Lesley obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Communication Sciences and Disorders, a Master of Science degree in Audiology from Lamar University and completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in. Dr. Lee has been with ENT Associates of East Texas since 2006. Her clinical interests focus on the areas of auditory evoked potentials, pediatric audiology, and hearing aids.
Beth has been in the audiology field since 1989. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Audiology from the University of Texas. She completed her Doctorate of Audiology degree at the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Janice, Director of Audiology, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ouachita Baptist University in Communication Disorders. She received a Master of Science degree with a focus in Audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and completed her Doctor of Audiology degree at Texas Tech University in 2003. Dr. Richbourg has been employed by ENT Associates since June 2002. Her primary focus is on adult and pediatric hearing aids.
Mary has been a practicing clinical audiologist since 1992. She obtained a Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Texas, as well as a Bachelors degree in Microbiology from Texas A&M University. She has worked as an audiologist at three otolaryngology clinics in Southeast Texas, as well as at Memorial Hermann Hospital, a level I trauma hospital in Houston, TX. She enjoys hearing testing of all ages of patients, testing and treatment of balance disorders and working with hearing amplification, including bone anchored hearing devices such as the Baha.
Laurie Hicks is a Clinical Audiologist and has been with ENT Associates since 2004. She has been a practicing Audiologist for almost 30 years. Her clinical areas of expertise are balance disorders, pediatric and general audiometric evaluations. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of North Texas.
Teri has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years, both as a registered nurse and a certified audiologist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Stephen F. Austin and her Master of Arts in Communication Disorders in Audiology from the University of Northern Colorado.
