Janice Richbourg

AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Janice Richbourg is a licensed audiologist who has been with ENT Associates since 2002. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ouachita Baptist University and her master’s and doctorate in audiology from Texas Tech University. Dr. Richbourg holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Her main focus is dispensing and fitting hearing aids for pediatrics through adults.

Phyllis Trotter

AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Phyllis Trotter is a licensed audiologist in the state of Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and her doctorate in audiology from A.T. Still University Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Trotter holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  She has over two decades of clinical experience and her clinical focus is on hearing aid fittings on adults and children.

Beth Dorsey

AuD, FAAA

Beth Dorsey has been a licensed audiologist since 1989. She earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in audiology from the University of Texas in Dallas and her doctorate degree in audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Dorsey is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her primary focus is on the diagnosis of hearing loss in adult and pediatric populations.

Jordan Traber is a licensed audiologist who has been with ENT Associates since 2015. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and a doctorate in audiology from the University of North Texas.  Dr. Traber holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Her main focus is on advanced diagnostic testing and hearing aids.

Laurie Hicks

Laurie Hicks is a licensed audiologist who has been with ENT Associates since 2004. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Texas.  Dr. Hicks holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  Her main focus is on hearing loss and diagnosing and treating balance disorders.

Mary Roberts

MA, CCC-A, FAAA

Mary Roberts is a licensed audiologist and has been practicing clinical audiology since 1992. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in audiology from the University of Texas in Austin.  Dr. Roberts holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  She focuses on testing and treating balance disorders, hearing amplification and bone anchored hearing devices.

ENT Associates of East Texas has been in business for over 25 years.  We have a large audiology department consisting of six full time and two part-time audiologists. We offer comprehensive hearing evaluations and will work with you to find the best hearing solution for you. Our staff is trained in the latest technology and offers a complete selection of hearing aids from many manufacturers. We also offer personalized follow up care to ensure that you remain satisfied with your hearing. We strive to provide a high quality of service and customer satisfaction for all patients who choose to purchase hearing aids from our office.
