Dr. Collins is the founder of HearCare, Inc. and Associates. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Science degree in Audiology from the University of North Texas and a Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Science. She came to Sherman in 1981 as a staff Audiologist for two local Ear, Nose and Throat physicians. She started her private practice in 1987. Away from the office, Dr. Collins and her husband, Troy, live at Lake Texoma and enjoy hiking, fishing and boating. She recently has become a facilitator of expressive arts and teaches a weekly Process Painting class.

Jill Sheppard has worked in the hearing healthcare industry for more than 18 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Texas and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Fitter and Dispenser of Hearing Instruments. She has enjoyed helping her patients improve their quality of life through better hearing. Jill and her husband have five children and they enjoy spending time together and watching the kids’ sporting events.

Kenneth is Licensed to Fit and Dispense Hearing Instruments in the State of Texas by the State Committee of Examiners in the Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Instruments. He has completed courses from the International Hearing Society for Hearing Instrument Science and Fitting Practices. He takes great pleasure in assisting all of his patients in their quest for better hearing and has seen the difference hearing instruments can make in people’s lives.

Dr. Armstrong, a native of Arkansas, earned her Au.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology, cum lade, from the University of the Ozarks. Dr. Armstrong is experienced in diagnostic audiology and has years of practice fitting hearing aids for both children and adults. She has a passion for working with patients of all ages, but especially enjoys her work with children. Dr. Armstrong is an active member of her church and enjoys being outdoors in her free time.
