About Us The offices of Drs. Wyatt, Wyll and Pero provide specialized care in what is officially referred to as Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Practically speaking, we are dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of both pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat conditions. We also maintain a full service audiology department and diagnose and treat allergic conditions. In addition, Dr. Pero is a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, offering aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck. We also offer comprehensive allergy testing and therapy, including allergy shots and sublingual (drops) therapy. Dr. Pero offers cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face and neck from Botox, rhinoplasty and facelifting to skin cancer and facial trauma reconstructions.
