Joseph Chang is the director of the Texas Ear Center, a division of Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists. Dr. Chang is a neurotologist, a highly skilled ENT doctor that can perform specialized surgeries of the ear and skull base. While your primary ENT doctor can diagnose and treat many typical ear, nose or throat problems, a neurotologist can treat highly complicated cases. As part of the Texas ENT Specialists group, Dr. Chang works closely with the 25 board-certified Otolaryngologists located in 14 different offices throughout Harris, Montgomery, Galveston and Brazoria counties. Often times, the ENT will diagnose a complicated problem but will refer the patient to Dr. Chang for the surgery. By working closely together, the two divisions can give better care to their patients. Dr. Chang has more than a dozen years of experience in neurotological disorders.
