The Hearing Center is a unique collaboration of Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children's Hospital and The Methodist Hospital. The purpose of the Hearing Center at Baylor College of Medicine is to meet the needs of a wide range of adults and children with hearing loss.
We use a comprehensive system of programs to provide optimal patient care. The Hearing Center team specializes in evaluating and treating sensorineural hearing loss and performs cochlear implantation. Patients who have sensorineural hearing loss undergo a comprehensive medical evaluation in order to determine the cause of the hearing loss and identify other conditions.
