Dr. Deborah Carlson is the Director of the Center for Audiology and Speech Pathology, overseeing the clinic and a team of highly-qualified hearing and speech professionals. She is a clinical audiologist who has worked for the Center since 1989.
Dr. Carlson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology as well as dual Master's of Science Degrees in Communication Disorders and Sciences and in Rehabilitation Administration and Services from Augustana College and her Ph.D. degree from Southern Illinois University.
Dr. Carlson is a Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Audiology. She is a past President and Founding Member of the Texas Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Leslie Rolph has been an audiologist with the Center for Audiology and Speech Pathology since 2008. She earned both her Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications Disorders and her Doctor of Audiology from Auburn University. Dr. Rolph holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
Dr. Toni Jennings has been an audiologist on the Center for Audiology and Speech Pathology team since 2006. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Professional Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Louisiana Tech University. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology.
Dr. Carol Ross has been an audiologist for the Center for Audiology & Speech Pathology since 1991. She earned her Master of Science in Audiology degree from Lamar University, a Master's in Deaf Education and a Bachelor of Science in Deaf Education. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida.
