“The staff of Advanced Hearing Center has been wonderful, highly efficient and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about my experience from day one! Dr. Hinrichs came to my place of employment to do hearing tests. I signed up because i thought my husband mumbled and he said I just couldn't hear! I didn't think I had a hearing problem at ALL! So much to my surprise... Dr. Hinrichs discovered I do have hearing loss. She was so kind and reassured me that she could help! She and her staff have been TERRIFIC from that day on. I have worked mainly with Amy Arnett to get get my hearing aids set up and my blue tooth equipment working. She has been so very patient and kind as I learn to manage all of it. She truly is the BEST! The front office staff, Melinda and Bridgette and the rest of the ladies at the office are so great. Truly a top notch organization.”
