“Before receiving my cochlear implant I had seen Steven Doettl and Beth Humphrey many times. I am most grateful for their care. They were kind and most helpful. I am grateful for your help. ”

“I have seen Dr. Humphrey and her students several times since getting my cochlear implant. I do not feel rushed and am given full explanations of what they are doing. I think their level of expertise is equal to that of Vanderbilt where the surgery was done and where the implant was originally calibrated. ”

“Very dissapointed with the whole clinic. Rude staff to make appointments, they reschedule it. I don't think instructors are available. Just terrible.”
