“I was a drop in to buy hearing is batteries. I usually buy enough to last about four months because they are so inexpensive. I was surprised to find servicing my hearing aides only costs $25, so I had them cleaned and checked. The receptionist/audiologist did this for me without an appointment, and it only took about 15-20 minutes! I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to clean them on the spur of the moment.”

They were very courteous and invited me to come in whenever I could. While there they repaired a wire that had broken, cleaned and serviced my aids and charged me a very reasonable fee. As a new Patient , they attended to Me immediately and took my two Oticon hearing aids to examine and cleaning. Then I started my check in procedure as a new patient. My hearing aids were returned fixed and fitted. My left hearing aid needed a new cable connecting the microphone to the bud. They had contacted the manufacturer and got the warranty coverage approved. I am very , very Happy with Johnson Audiology. ”

Even complicated issues with modern hearing aids (wireless connections with other electronics) have been resolved in no time. “Everyone at Johnson Audiology is great.....friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I love my new hearing aid, but I was disappointed that I did not get one for my left ear. When I went for my hearing test, the test for my left ear was so much worse than my last one that the doctor thought I might have a medical problem and referred me to an ENT. She ordered my aid for only my right ear. I saw the ENT and he didn't find a problem. When I went to pick up my aid for the right ear, I thought she would order one for my left ear, but she told me to just wear one aid. Like I said, I was disappointed. The ENT is going to repeat the hearing test in six months, so maybe I can get one then.”
