Very happily married to my wife of 18 years, Melanie. We have four children aged 16,14,12, and 9 and love being very actively involved in their lives, coaching them in every sport I can find time to. My free time is most likely spent in pursuit of walleye, pheasants, or whitetail deer. I very much enjoy dispensing hearing aids, as it allows me a huge measure of satisfaction in my work. I oftentimes see the hurt that is sometimes involved with hearing loss, and sense the pain that is caused by feelings of being left out. To be a part of the solution to that problem, and help restore a lost portion of someone's life, leads to very rewarding feelings at the end of the day.

My name is Rich Ward. I was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota and plan to raise a family of my own in this great town. I graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 2006, then went on to Presentation College where I graduated in 2010 with a Business Administration degree. My wife Amber works at Hearing Health Clinics along with me and is typically the first person you see when you walk into our clinic. Our clinic is owned by my father Al, and my mother Joye also works at the clinics as a Patient Care Coordinator. My wife and I are expecting our fist child together in April 2013.

My name is Amber Ward. I have been working at Hearing Health Clinics as a receptionist since August 2011. I graduated from Aberdeen Central High School in 2006 and went on to get a Sociology degree, minor in Human Services, and an emphasis in Gerontology at Northern State University in 2011. My husband and I were married in Clearwater Beach, Florida and we are expecting our fist child in April 2013. What makes my job so rewarding is watching patient's emotions change from when they walk in to our clinic, not being able to hear well, then walking out and being able to carry on a full conversation.
