“Demanded my social security number before showing me hearing aids. The demo aids were great. Things quickly went bad after purchasing two aids. Every adjustment seemed to made things worse. Finally I asked Dr. Corley to set them like the demo settings and make one change to the volume control. She did this and sent me out with the volume control turned off. When I went back she turned on the volume and took back the Global drying unit she had just given us (3/22/17) and which was included in the purchase contract (2/15/17). We still do not have the drying unit. Like the Oticon hearing aids, but the contact stated the warranty period to be 45 days and the written Patient Agreement shows a period of only 31 days. We elected to deal with SHA since they opened an office in our small town.”
“I liked the professionalism and friendliness. ”
“Dr. Corley was very helpful and took the time to explain everything carefully and completely. Everyone at Sumter Hearing Associates has been friendly and make my visits a pleasure. ”
“Danyelle left me trial a pair of hearing aids and worked with me diligently due to a previous hearing aid experience that was terrible through another company. She was extremely patient, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered my questions and encouraged me to call with any questions. So glad I came to Sumter Hearing Associates. ”
“Thorough explanations thru tests and fittings. No pressure on sales. ”
