Carol Mathis

Master's in Audiology

Carol Mathis received her Bachelor's degree from Winthrop College and both of her Master's degrees from the University of South Carolina. Before coming to Spartanburg ENT, she was the audiologist at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind. While in Dallas, Texas, and Helena, Montana, she was a school audiologist and worked for two ENT practices. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the South Carolina Academy of Audiology.

Laura Sexton


Dr. Laura Sexton received her Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology) degree in 2010 from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine-Arizona School of Health Sciences Division. She received her Master of Science degree in Audiology and Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. Laura is currently licensed by the state of South Carolina and is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is also a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the South Carolina Academy of Audiology
