Coastal Carolina Otolaryngology has been providing services in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. The Audiology department has been available since 1999 and the practice has grown immensely by providing extensive care to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. We are dedicated to providing the health care community with current diagnostic information and therapeutic intervention for all patients with hearing, balance, or tinnitus complaints. Our Audiology staff is highly trained in the most recent hearing aid technology and have over 45 years combined experience in all aspects of hearing healthcare.

Megan Nichols has been with our office for over 8 years and is our hearing Aid Specialist. She earned her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Western Kentucky University and has a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association. In addition, she is licensed by the state of South Carolina as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her special interests are voice disorders and swallowing disorders and fitting the latest hearing aid technology.
Candi Smith earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences and her Masters Degree in Audiology from University of South Carolina. She has over 20 years of clinical audiologist experience and has been with our office since 2000. She fits the latest, most advanced hearing aid technology available.
Dana Stephenson earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University and her Masters in Audiology from the University of Georgia. She has over 25 years experience as a clinical audiologist and has worked with our office since 2006. Her special interests are balance disorders and fitting the latest hearing aid technology.
