Andrew McGrath

AuD

Andrew is the Director of the Department of Audiology at Women & Infants Hospital. Andrew earned his doctorate degree in Audiology from A.T. Still University and is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
Andrew is a clinical audiologist with extensive experience with both pediatric and adult populations. In addition to his current pediatric focus he has an extensive background in the assessment and management of balance disorders. He has extensive experience in fitting both children and adults with hearing aids and other assistive listening technologies.

Sherri Moniz

AuD

Sherri earned her doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh upon completing her fellowship at Women & Infants Hospital. Her experience includes being a clinical audiologist at Plymouth Ears, Nose and Throat, in Plymouth, MA, where she developed a pediatric audiology protocol, and assessed and managed hearing and balance disorders in both children and adults. She also manages the newborn hearing-screening program at Jordan Hospital in Plymouth, MA.

Mary Curran

AuD

Mary is a graduate of Salus University and the University of Connecticut and has over 20 years experience. Her experience includes working at Children’s Hospital Boston at Waltham, South Shore Hearing Center and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary with patients of all ages.  Mary has mainly focused on pediatric audiology, dispensing of amplification and educational audiology for much of her career.  Mary has expertise in hearing devices and improving access to other electronic devices.  She is a graduate of Salus University, the University of Connecticut and Rutgers University.

 


 


About Us

The Department of Audiology at Women & Infants Hospital offers an intimate and friendly atmosphere to hopefully make you and your family always feel welcome. Our Audiology department offers hearing services for children and adults of all ages. Our team works closely with the Newborn Nursery and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) medical providers to coordinate audiology services for newborns, particularly infants with multiple medical challenges. We have extensive training and specialize in the diagnosis and management of hearing loss resulting from middle ear disease, noise exposure, aging, and many other causes. All of our audiologists are highly skilled in the use of assistive listening devices and hearing aids and can help design comprehensive management plans for children and adults with hearing loss.

• Adult Audiology Services
• Pediatric Audiology Services
• Auditory Branistem Response (ABR) testing
• State-of-the-Art Hearing Aid services including service and repair
• Custom ear plugs
