“This is a review of Katie one of the Audiologist. My son was seen on two different occasions for a hearing test. On each occasion we did not receive a greeting from Katie upon being called into the hearing booth. My son, who has an anxiety disorder, became upset and Katie yelled at him, then stated "we're done". After my husband left the room with our son, she continued to argue with me. I have worked in a medial office for the past 14 years and have never experienced an encounter like this. She should not be allowed to work with patients let alone children. Very upsetting and disappointing because the rest of the office staff was very pleasant. ”
Official Response from University Otolaryngology:“I am sorry that you and your son did not have a positive experience at our office. We are always looking for ways to improve patient care.
