Lancaster County's Premier State-of-the-Art Audiology Center for adults and children. We have 2 progressive clinics equipped with the latest technology to serve people with hearing, tinnitus and balance problems in Lancaster County.

Hearing Aids Advancements in digital technology have revolutionized what hearing aids can do. Each person's hearing loss and listening needs are unique and one hearing aid is not appropriate for everyone. As audiologists we work with you to find the best solution for your hearing loss. We are proud to be one of the select offices in the United States to offer Lyric Hearing to its patients. Lyric is the first and only extended wear hearing device that is 100% invisible. Lyric is comfortably placed in the ear canal by a Lyric trained hearing professional and can be worn 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for months at a time. No surgery or anesthesia is required. Unlike many other hearing aids, Lyric is positioned completely inside the ear canal, so it uses your ear's natural anatomy to provide exceptional sound quality. Lyric lets you hear better and live life to the fullest! Tinnitus is the perception of sound such as: ringing, buzzing, humming, hissing or roaring when external noise is not present. The condition can be frustrating and distracting. At A & E Audiology we offer wide wide array of services to treat Tinnitus including the state-of-the-art Neuromonic Tinnitus Treatment. Our vestibular system gives us our sense of balance. It is a delicate part of our biology, that when disrupted can lead the feelings of dizziness and even virtigo. At A & E Audiology we use state-of-the-art VNG equipment to dianogose balance disorders and recommend the best course of treatment. Auditory Processing refers to the means by which we make sense of what we hear. 'Auditory Processing Disorders' are disorders in which people are not able to make proper sense of what they hear. They may indeed have normal hearing, but they have difficulty understanding auditory information. This may be apparent by difficulty understanding speech in the presence in noise, problems following multi-step directions, and difficulty with phonics or reading comprehension, among other things.
