Washington Ear, Nose, and Throat is an independently owned and operated facility offering patients a broad range of products and services at an excellent price value. We work with some of the top hearing aid manufacturers in order to provide our patients with the best hearing solutions for their lifestyles. All of our hearing aids are fit with a 30-day money back guarantee. Patient satisfaction is our goal and our guarantee! Audiologists are the primary health-care professionals who evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage hearing loss and balance disorders in adults and children. At Washington ENT, our audiologists hold doctoral level degrees from accredited universities with special training in prevention, identification, assessment, and treatment of hearing disorders. We are the only practice in the Pittsburgh area to offer only M.D.’s and doctor’s of Audiology to service your hearing needs. We believe this union is crucial in being able to provide you with the best medical and rehabilitative health care out there. Hearing Aid Consultation Following a comprehensive hearing evaluation, our audiologists will ask many questions to further determine your specific areas of hearing difficulty. We relate your answers to the hearing aid style and technology that would most benefit your unique listening needs. There is no charge for this 1 hour appointment. It is important to us that you understand the difference between various hearing aid sizes and level of technology. It is also important that you understand that a smaller hearing aid doesn’t always mean better technology. Your cosmetic concerns are important to us. However, improved communication is our goal. With that said, just because something is new and high-tech does not mean it is appropriate for your hearing loss. We focus on the individual needs of each patient. Hearing Aid Fittings Computers are used to program and fine-tune the hearing aids. We use the latest computer software and technology, as well as objective real-ear measurements, to provide the best outcomes for our patients. Ultimately, we believe that good patient outcomes are achieved through our personal attention to the specific needs of each patient. At Washington E.N.T., we LISTEN to you! Hearing Aids Hearing Aid Service Washington E.N.T. is committed to the long-term care and satisfaction of our patients. We welcome patients wearing all types and brands of hearing aids. When routine cleaning and part replacement (i.e. battery doors or wax springs) do not fix a problem, we send the aids to the manufacturer or an all-make repair lab. When a hearing aid is covered under the original manufacturer warranty, there is no cost for the repair, even if the aid was purchased elsewhere.
