With extensive career experience at practices such as the VA Clinic, ENT clinics and other private clinic environments, Christopher Eckert joined Hearing Unlimited because of the patient-focused and personal care the office and staff is able to provide. As a licensed audiologist and member of the Hearing Loss Association of Pittsburgh, Christopher has provided many self-care and educational programs centered around the importance of hearing health. When he's not working, Christopher enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

Tammy Backeris, licensed hearing instrument specialist, has been a part of the Hearing Unlimited team since 2007. After teaching English, Speech and Theatre, in addition to a career in the human resources field, Tammy knew she wanted to do something that impacted people on a more personal level. With a particular interest in helping the aging population, Tammy enjoys being able to find the right device to help people hear and feel better. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys musicals, theatre, football and basketball games. 

With experience in the hearing healthcare field since 2007, Hal Frohlich is a registered hearing aid dispenser and a hearing instrument specialist. Hal joined the Hearing Unlimited family because of his commitment to helping people hear better by finding the right device for their individual needs. When he's not helping people improve their quality of life, Hal enjoys cooking, sports and spending time with his son.

Gary Heagy is a Board-certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with more than two decades of experience in the audiology field. Gary continued his career with Hearing Unlimited because of the level of personal and professional care the staff provides, in addition to the office's commitment to staying informed and up-to-date with the latest hearing device technology. In his spare time, Gary enjoys riding motorcycles and ATVS, in addition to spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. 

A member of the Hearing Unlimited team since 2010, Carl Logan is a registered fitter and hearing instrument specialist. Carl enjoys being able to work in the audiology field because of the opportunity it provides him to give back to individuals around the community suffering from hearing loss. In addition to his passion for helping people hear better, Carl enjoys writing children's books.
