Kamal Elliot, Au.D. is a licensed Audiologist and has been practicing since 1994. Dr. Elliot founded A&E Audiology and Hearing Aid Center, Inc. in December 2000. Dr. Elliot is Clinic Director and is involved in training of 4th year Doctor of Audiology students as well as Family Practice Residents from Lancaster General's Residency program.

Dr. Kimberly Kelly is a licensed Audiologist and has been practicing since 1999. She is a native of Pittsburgh but moved to Lancaster in 2003. Dr. Kelly specializes in adult amplification and industrial hearing as well as pediatric assessment. Dr. Kelly lives with her husband, Dr. James Kelly, M.D. and her 2 daughters, Abby and Mia. Dr. Kelly enjoys cheering for the Steelers, salsa dancing, and spending time at the beach!

Lynda Steelman, Au.D. joined our practice as our primary pediatric audiologist in 2008. Dr. Steelman has special interest in pediatric amplification, auditory processing disorder, and diagnostic testing for children and adults with special needs.

Jason C. Schmitt, Au.D., has multiple special interests including adult diagnostics, adult amplification, and tinnitus. He has studied with some of the leaders in these fields and is excited to bring his knowledge to Lancaster County.
Dr. Schmitt is originally from Edinboro, PA, located approximately 15 miles south of Lake Erie. He enjoys hiking, camping, soccer, and anything dealing with Penn State. He lives in Lancaster with his wife Jessica, who is also from the Erie area.
