“I was reluctant to admit I needed a hearing aid. Recommended by a close friend to see Dr. Flynn I was extremely impressed by the care I received. Dr. Flynn explained in detail, which I could understand, my evaluations and patiently listened and responded to my copious questions! I first tried the Lyric, the aid that was inserted into my right ear. After a trial period it became evident that I was not a candidate for this aid. Dr. Flynn and Dr. Reiff were readily available to assist me in determining this and in moving to the next step, which was the Oticon. Always ready to help, explain and steer me in the right direction, Dr. Flynn and Dr. Reiff do this with the most friendly, albeit professional, manner. I have recommended them to others with great enthusiasm! I now can hear the soft voices of the very young students with whom I work. ”
“Efficient, professional, personable/friendly. A fine experience.”
