“Allison performed my hearing tests and answered my questions with thoughtfulness and courtesy, explaining each test and what it was for beforehand. Dr. Strand examined my ears and was friendly and courteous to me. I have an appointment coming up to test hearing aids and am confident we will find the correct fit for my needs.”

“Took my wife to see Dr. Donovan about hearing loss and a deviated septum. He tried to claim her hearing loss was due to her being unaware of my speaking to her. I told him I could be looking directly at her having a conversation and she still could not hear me. I also told him that the tv has to be so loud it bothers me, just so she can hear it. He again said she was just not paying attention. He said that she is trying to watch tv, or have a conversation and she is not paying attention - the only person not paying attention is dr.donovan. As if that is not bad enough his bed side manor consisted of walking in asking my wife to get on the exam table and telling her she does not pay attention. We live in a world of obama care and can not get a second opinion unless we pay for it out of pocket. Thanks for nothing. He also tried blaming her hearing loss on anti anxiety medication. Her hearing loss started well before she started taking these meds. I will never recomend this clinic.”
